Augment Merchant (Shield Ornaments) can be found in Guild Lobby (#zone guildlobby 161 165 1). He sells ornaments that you can use to make your shield look like something different than what you are wearing. This allows people to have unique looks even though they are wearing the same items. You can buy the ornaments using Morpheus.
