Augment Merchant (Weapon Ornaments) can be found in Guild Lobby (#zone guildlobby 194 164 1). He sells ornaments that you can use to make your weapons look like something different than what you are wearing. This allows people to have unique looks even though they are wearing the same items. You can buy the ornaments using Morpheus.
