Summary[]
Dalamar the Dark spawns on floors of the Tower of High Sorcery after a certain threshold of monsters are killed. You can talk to him to go to the next floor, leave the tower, or record your progress.
Dialogue[]
Once you kill enough monsters on a floor you will see the following shout:
Dalamar the Dark shouts 'Well done, you've overcome the challenges on this floor. Come find me.'
You say, 'Hail, Dalamar the Dark'
Dalamar the Dark says, 'You may proceed to the next floor? If you would like to leave, I can send you back to the Tower Lobby. If you have made it as far as you can go and would like to submit your score, I can record your exploits upto this floor in the Ledger. Please note this will overwrite any previous recordings and transport you to the Tower Lobby.'
You say, 'next floor'
Dalamar the Dark says, 'Very well, good luck!'
You say, 'leave'
