During the 2019 St. Patrick's Day event you must find Fizban's hat.
Once you give Fizban his hat back he says:
Fizban whispers, 'My hat! You've found it! It's a little worse for wear mind you but nevertheless this is my hat. Yes, indeed. Never a finer hat, my favorite hat actually. Well, I suppose it's my only hat. Hate to lose it for good. Yes, one needs a hat. Especially, on sunny days! When your as old as I am, you'll know what I'm talking about. Back in my day...'
Fizban whispers, 'Right then, what was I saying? Oh yes, thank you for returning my hat <player>. Please take this.'
