Summary[]

The Tower of High Sorcery is a custom content zone. Inside you will meet Dalamar Argent (#zone 345 -17 62 34) who will be your guide up the tower. Climb the tower for unique currency to purchase the merchandise from the vendor's located inside the Tower Lobby. As you climb the tower the level and strength of the denizens inside will increase. You may enter the Tower at any level and begin the climb, but the monster's inside begin at level 50. Monster's have an increased HP pools, but reward significant experience points when defeated.

There are 500 total floors in the tower and you have 2 hours to make it as far as you can. Every 5 floor's you will encounter a boss. These bosses act as a checkpoint, defeat them and you will be able to skip to the floor after them (ex: defeat the boss on floor 5 and you will be able to begin your next climb at floor 6 or floor 1).

When you enter a floor a Tower Guardian will be at the entrance. Saying "leave" to it will allow you to leave the instance. This will destroy your instance and send you back to the Tower Lobby, allowing you to restart a new Tower session without having to wait 2 hours. Once you kill a certain amount of mobs, Dalamar the Dark will spawn. Talk to him to go to the next floor. He also has the option to "leave", which works the same way as talking to the Tower Guardian. If you fail to spawn Dalamar the Dark on the floor your on for whatever reason, you will be unable to initiate a new session for the remaining duration of your initial 2 hours. The "leave" option will not "record" your score or overwrite any previous recording. It's simply to allow players to end their Tower session prematurely should you wish to join a group tower and you're already in a solo session or whatever the case may be.

Spells, disciplines and songs purchased from tower merchants can be learned by first handing the scroll to Palin Majere In the Tower Lobby followed by hailing Grandmaster Guru in the Guild Lobby and selecting the option to 'train'.
