Tricksie Troublestump can be found in Guild Lobby (#zone guildlobby 8 381 1). She showed up in October 2018 in celebration of Halloween. She will sell you items in exchange for chocolate coins, an alternate currency.
Shop[]
She sells mostly Halloween-themed ornaments and food. At the high-end are a couple nice items. There are several Petamorph Wands that will change your pet to look like various creatures. The Shrunken Jack-o-Lantern is a nice ranged item. The Desiccated Hedgerow Leaf is a lion mount. The Scrumptious Jack-o-Latern goes in your power source slot.

Tricksie Troublestump whispers, 'Oh you can't go out looking like that silly! Here, put on this mask. Then you'll look like a real trick or treater.'
Tricksie Troublestump whispers, 'If you lose it, I'll trade you another one for free. Now get out there and find some [Trick or Treat] spots! You'll know them when you see them!'
She will them hand you a Halloween Mask.
