To obtain the Key to Veeshan's Peak you will need to kill Trakanon in Old Sebilis. As an alternative you can also purchase the key fragment in the Guild Lobby.

After obtaining the key to Veeshan's Peak you will have access to..... Veeshan's Peak (Zam) (Magelo)! Note that version 2.0 of Veeshan's Peak exists on Imperium.[1]
Purchasing the Key[]
You can purchase the Key Fragment to Veeshan's Peak in the Guild Lobby for around 4,000pp from Zulu. Turn in the fragment to Vinz Clortho in Guild Lobby.

Trakanon (Zam | Magelo) can be found in Old Sebilis. To teleport to a safe location near him use the command #zone sebilis -758 -1917 -140. If you want to explore your way to him see the map below.
After you kill him a ghost will spawn. Kill the ghost and loot the key fragment. Take the key fragment to Vinz Clortho (#zone guildlobby 71 347 1) in Guild Lobby and he will give you the Key to Veeshan's Peak.
